At BFF of America, our mission is powered by dedicated students who lead every part of our work — from connecting with schools to designing lessons that make financial literacy fun and accessible.

Outreach Team

Our Outreach Team builds partnerships with schools, libraries, and community organizations across the country to expand BFF Academy’s reach.
Team Leads: Andrea Remeticado (12th, California), Akhil Ramesh (12th, New Jersey), Nikhil Patil (10th, United States), Wyatt Somers (11th, Michigan), Yash Patel (10th, Florida), and Sameira Sharma (12th, United States).

Digital Media Team

The Digital Media Team shapes how BFF connects online — creating graphics, posts, and videos that make financial education engaging and relatable for students everywhere.
Team Lead: Jayla Freeman (12th, Virginia).

Tutor Team

Our Tutor Team brings BFF Academy to life through interactive lessons, activities, and mentorship. Each tutor helps students gain confidence in managing money and making smart financial decisions.
Team Lead: Clara Martins De Bellis Silva (11th, Florida).

Advisory Board

Our Advisory Board provides expertise and guidance to strengthen BFF’s curriculum and long-term strategy. Members include Dr. Gilbert D. Rogers, Director of Financial Well-Being at UNC Chapel Hill, and Chip Snively, CFA, Clinical Professor of Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
